Close of Another Week

Well, it's Sunday and the close of another week. We are ONLY 3 weeks in to the adoption phase and are already in "wait mode" and oh how we were dreading these days that lay ahead. We are going to do everything we can to expiditiously push through anyother hurdles remaining. Lu built our "grab button" however fund raising is not stopping us with the required funding needed. Whatever anyone sends in we are extremely grateful - however we knew from the start it was very important to be able to obtain these funds quickly and not have to rely solely on fundraising efforts to bring Ivanna home. Had our first hurdle on Wednesday night - thanks to Kim we were able to tackle it head on first thing on Thursday morning so we think we have that one back in the box. Had paperwork galore to finish getting together and so forth and so on. Really just simply waiting on medicals to come back now and those should be ready on Wednesday YAY!! Thanks could never be enough to my three best friends who have allowed me to cry on their shoulders continuously - Beth, Donna and Kim. All of our friends and family want this to happen just as much as we do - unbelievable support. I keep having to be reminded to just keep the faith and it's all going to work out. I'm in hopes our Dossier will be complete by Wednesday of this week - with the exception of the Home Study & the I-171H of course. Then we want to make a trip to Jackson to the Secretary of State's office to have the apostilles added. I'd feel better about hand delivering that paperwork because all the money in the world couldn't bring back the originals if the package were to get lost. Keep praying for all of this to fall in place and that Ivanna is home soon. I'll attempt to update our blog soon. Hugs and kisses to you all.
